Should West Sedona School have two principals?

In an ongoing attempt to keep the lines of communication open between the Sedona City Council and the public, a special meeting has been planned to focus on the arts and other cultural issues in the area.

The meeting will be held on Thursday, July 18, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Sedona Public Library at 3250 White Bear Road. The purpose of the meeting is for the city to seek input from the arts community on issues it would like to share with the council.

City Manager Tim Ernster said that more than a year ago the city began holding neighborhood meetings in various parts of the community, but with these meetings open to discussion on all subjects, he said attendance generated minimal impact. With this shortfall in mind, staff decided to focus on a specific segment of the community for each meeting, and Ernster said public attendance has increased as a result ....
