Sedona City Manager Eric Levitt has been named a finalist for the town manager position in Buckeye.

Sedona City Manager Eric Levitt has been named a finalist for the town manager position in Buckeye.

According to a press release, Levitt is among five who are being considered for the position.

The finalists will visit Buckeye this weekend, with tours of the town and individual interviews with the town’s department heads scheduled for Friday.

Each finalist will have individual and group interviews with the mayor and members of the council on Saturday.

Buckeye Mayor Bobby Bryant said the naming of the finalists is a result of a thorough, nationwide search that yielded more than 70 applicants.

“We will now be meeting all the finalists this weekend and interviewing them, and

hopefully we will select one of them to be the new town manager,” Bryant stated.
