Believe it or not… no matter what you hear – the market has picked up over the last few weeks.  I’ve shown homes the last 3 weekends running to investor clients – and they’re writing offers.  Granted, they’re not really good offers… so they’re lowballing, but at least it gives some sellers a chance to sell their home!
