THE MISSOULA CHILDREN’S THEATRE performed “The Pied Piper” play in two shows Saturday, June 23, at the Sedona Red Rock High School auditorium. The local cast of 50 students performed an original musical adaptation of the classical tale. The Missoula Children’s Theatre residency in Sedona is sponsored by the Verde Valley Concert Association. The local cast featured Javie Fernandez as “The Pied Piper” (above). Other characters were Kristof Herrera and Angelica McCulloch as the mayor’s son and daughter. The council in the play is brought to life by a cast of colorful local child actors.
