Yes, it’s official.  September was the worst month in Sedona real estate in over 5 years.  The good news is that there are dozens of fantastic deals on homes all around town.  If you’ve been waiting for the market to bottom out – or know anyone – now’s the time to get into the market.  Some sellers are desperate to sell, so “lowball” offers should be entertained on any home.  I advise my clients that at least someone that likes your home is making an effort to purchase it.  That’s more than can be said for lots of other homes on market here in Sedona.
