Are you looking for an opportunity to enjoy a fun golf outing while doing something patriotic and personally gratifying?
On Saturday, April 12, take some time to play in the Sedona Marine Corps League charitable golf tournament featuring the Wounded Warrior Program.
The rewarding golf outing will be held at the Verde Santa Fe Golf Club and will feature many different events.
Form a four-man team and register to play immediately. Besides having fun playing golf you can also be a tournament sponsor, contribute live auction items, sponsor golf prizes, sponsor golf holes with advertising and be a putting-green sponsor.
The purpose of the event is to provide resources to American Wounded Warriors and their families.
The current combat circumstances in Iraq and Afghanistan are producing severe, life-threatning wounds. These warriors experience loss of limbs, head, facial and brain injuries, burns and blindness among other injuries.
Speed of treatment and state of the art medical procedures are responsible for their survival to go along with their inner strength and will to live.
The financial and emotional stress to them and their loved ones can be eased by those who are proud of them and grateful for their sacrifice.
