Frank William Freeland, 82, of Prescott Valley, died Tuesday, Feb. 6.

Freeland was born in Rutland, Vt.

Commemoration services in honor of Freeland took place Monday, Feb. 12, at the Veterans Affairs Chapel, in Prescott.
