Gerda Kunstmann, of Sedona, died May 17.

Born and raised in Germany, Gerda met Gunther Kunstmann and they married Aug. 2, 1952. In 1956, they moved to Long Island, N.Y., where she was a homemaker. They retired to Sedona in 1989.

Gerda Kunstmann is survived by her husband, a son, Ronald Kunstmann, of Long Island; and a daughter, Carol Lopez, of New York.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 31, at Christ Lutheran Church, Sedona.
