Thanks to all those of you who read my earlier post about Prop 100 Protect our Homes… and who voted for it.  Prop 100 passed with flying colors in yesterday’s election and prohibits any future transfer tax on the sale of homes or land in AZ.  I believe it passed 82% – 18% or something close… thanks for supporting this issue and keeping the equity in your own pocket!!!
