This week, a great home came on the market in one of my favorite areas of town – Uptown Sedona.  It’s an older home (built in 1958) but it sits on an unbelievable view lot with direct views of Steamboat, Ship Rock and the Mogollon Rim.  It’s only 1300 sq ft or so, but it’s on a .72 acre lot in desirable Uptown Sedona.  Priced at $249k as a short sale Most of you know by now – but a short sale is when the purchase price is less than what the owner owes for the house, so this price is generally negotiable.  It’s best to deal with a buyers agent to figure out an appropriate purchase offer price if you like this house!
