The West Sedona School track and field team is nearly midway through its 2012 season, but when there are only four meets on the schedule to begin with before the season finale in Prescott, it doesn’t leave much time to prepare.

Ask anyone in the program, however, how things are going, and most will respond with the casual “great” and “super.”

Nathan Hausch, who is entering his second year as head coach of the Wildcats track and field squad, believes his passion for the sport will begin to rub off on a few of West Sedona’s athletes.
