Air quality in Sedona appears to be affected from Northern Arizona fires, but the actual effects are negligible.
According to Arizona Department of Environmental Quality air monitors in Sedona, air quality remains in the “good” range, though air particulates have increased since Sunday, May 13.
As of Tuesday, May 15, air quality continued to remain at a level of 8. The good range, according to ADEQ, is between 0 and 15. Air particulates can increase from smoke and winds in the area.
