Four years seems a long time to an incoming freshman but for the 115 seniors who graduate from Sedona Red Rock High School Wednesday, May 23, the time went quickly.

“This class and I have been together all four years, first as assistant principal and this last year as their principal,” Darrin Karuzas said. Personally, I see a lot of achievement, a lot of success with these kids. They had a lot of weight on their shoulders to carry on the excelling label tradition.”

Karuzas said he feels a closeness to the 2012 graduating class and is excited for them.

“I’m excited because of what they’ve contributed here and what they will contribute in the future,” he said.
