Police are still investigating a May 10 crash involving a motorcycle that took the life of 67-year-old Sedona resident Des Havasi.
Havasi, operating a dirt bike, was not believed to be wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. The incident occurred when a Toyota Camry reportedly turned eastbound onto State Route 89A and collided with the dirt bike shortly before 5 p.m. May 10.
Sedona Police Cmdr. Ron Wheeler said charges may be pending for the driver of the Camry in the May 10 motorcycle crash.
“We’re still waiting for lab results. Nothing will be filed until we get lab results,” Wheeler said. “Those results will determine what our next action is.”
