What is that voice we hear, expressing to us within? There is a force in our inner ear that speaks, though silently. Sometimes it’s nice and sometimes it’s not. Based on what we hear inside, it may color what we say outwardly, or at least make us think about things.
The voice seems to come from our own thoughts as well as some unknown source. For instance I may think, I feel cold so I’ll lower the air conditioning. On the other hand, a thought may come to me to call my friend in Florida. I check within to see if I really feel like doing that right now and have the time. If all systems inside me say ‘go,’ then I call to say hi. Often I’m told, I was just thinking about you or going to call you. I know you’ve had a similar experience, like knowing who was on the phone when it was ringing.
When I do a positive and empowering spiritual Reading for a client, I read the ancient Tarot cards as one of my spiritual vehicles for interpretation. Reading means using my physical eyes to look, and my knowledge of the many interpretations of each picture card, as well as their location meanings, then hearing my inner voice assimilate and give me 100% assurance about what the messages are.
I feel so certain that I verbally begin expressing, and having a track record of over 40 years, I always know that spirit’s voice is right on. Not only right, but keeps me going in being able to interpret a great deal of key information to the client, which also inspires them to make their best decisions, as not everything is set in stone, using their free will in the highest.
Anyone can interpret the voice of spirit because we all have an inner voice, and I don’t mean only doing Readings, but to listen to our own spiritual guidance. It’s often called intuition. Some people say they get inspirations from dreams. There again; an inner voice. Awake, that voice often paints visuals for us, and surely in dreams, whether we remember or not, the visuals go on for hours.
For those who have too much chatter inside, there’s yoga, exercise, meditation, chanting or other ways of silencing the busy mind to hear the quiet still small voice. I don’t recommend cigarettes, alcohol, pot or drugs for calming because they ultimately cloud your mind and take control of your self. Clear, peaceful, spiritually open minds will guide you well to your bliss.
Since we all have the inner voice, simply determine what is your aware and unaware self talk from what is the divine voice within that connects us all to empowerment, love and growth as its aim. Oh I’ll never be able to…or I’m not enough to be able to have…or…what a dork I am…or I don’t fit in with…are self talk, and certainly not something we really want to feed our minds and hearts.
On the other hand when you hear, be patient…you did the best you could…you’re wonderful…you deserve everything good, etc., that is the divine voice. So the distinct difference is in the constant loving and empowerment.
You can take from the voice of spirit and make it your own voice, for instance, when you are in a slow pace on the road that you can’t change, tell yourself everything happens for a good reason, and I can relax. Don’t forget to notice that everything did work out just fine. When you have been in an ongoing frustrating situation, you can tell yourself not to give in to venting vehemence on others, and maybe it’s a good time to take a break instead of pushing.
We are souls, and I like to visual that our inner spirit is connected to the grand oversoul, seeing the bigger greater picture of life; those things that are set in stone, as well as what is choice. Many call this the Akashic book of records. Your own intuition or a Reading is being plugged into the oversoul. Spirit can both know futures, and help inspire our best paths when we have choices. You’ll see clues too. Watch for them. You know how sometimes you just know? That’s the silent inner voice speaking loudly. Have you ever felt so compelled to go somewhere and you found out why, once you got there?
Haven’t you heard stories like the one about the person who had to surrender to the divine fact that they missed their connecting flight, and ran into their father they hadn’t seen in many years for a joyous reunion? How did they both get to that right place at the right time? Even Deepak Chopra tells his story of randomly getting off a highway and pulling up to a curb in the residential area to call his office and say that he was lost and couldn’t find the location he was supposed to be at soon, only to find out he was right in front of the location. Pre GPS. We are guided by an inner GPS navigation system.
What’s your story? Will you share it in the comments section below? And come back to read others’ experiences. The more stories we hear, the more spiritual guidance is acknowledged as Reality, being in everyone and everywhere. Then we can relax, knowing we are not alone, but lovingly assisted; happily listen and accept guidance by our voice of intuition as if it were second nature to us. Certainly we weren’t taught growing up, to trust the inner voice, so when we can determine if it’s our own limiting thoughts or divine source, our lives can be lived as utopian as they were meant to be.
