Life is like a stream Merrily, Merrily rolling along. Then sometimes there is a stumbling block from a pebble to large magnitude boulders. We can meet what’s in the stream in varying ways. Go around, up and over, carve a way through, or wait for a thrust of more water to help us make it to the other side. Ultimately we begin streaming live again. Even passing on passes us to a blessed new beginning; living after living, life after life, life before life –since the life of our energy is eternal.
After we get to the other side of an issue in our stream, isn’t it true that everything smells sweeter again, tastes better, is more energized, and just all around feels enhanced? No matter what size happens, relax in the knowing that there is always relief and re-enlivenment.
Some impediments can be overcome by thought alone. What if we savored everything and everyone Now as gifts that not everyone gets? Plus understand that there is a helpful reason for every stone in the way, and grow because of it. Would rocks in the stream seem less like boulders if we didn’t need to be reminded of these things? Our Bible says it shall be done unto you according to your faith. To what degree do you believe there is goodness, and positives available? It also says in the beginning was the word. What are you verbalizing and do you realize the energy of thought and words is creative?
How fully are we living? Sometimes we feel blah. If we don’t give ourselves enough me time, chill time or exciting time, blah may come and grab us so we are inclined to take a step back, stop and ask, do we do that for ourselves enough? Bored? Go somewhere to re-enliven, whether outdoors somewhere, be with a friend, or to a place with the level of excitement you need. Overworked? Change that habit.
Unhappy or ill? Count your blessings, and acknowledge as you take care of yourself, that that is loving yourself, and so is allowing others to care too, helping thrust you to the other side where blessings await. Of course, not everything is changed instantly with a magic wand but minds have more power than a wand. Music has that power also. Get your I/me tunes that enliven our soul with passion and joy.
Do you live in fear of the end of life? Truth is, our transition from life stalks every one that has a birth, from our first breath. Plenty of cultures revere that next journey, preparing throughout their existence in joyful anticipation by growing their higher consciousness. Remember the mystery of birth? There had to be an ending of something, to be born into a different energy pattern. I and countless others believe we have meet up groups at the next birth/life after life.
Though I feel closely loved and communicated with by my loved ones in spirit, I look forward to the next time we will meet up. I think of it as their being on a vacation right now. But for ourselves, Now, once we properly lament, let’s live fully and grab the gifts of what’s here for us in the physical plane. After all, we won in the competition of millions of sperm to be here now. We evoke the sweetness by living in a state of mind that allows for the loving voice in spirit, enlightened understanding, tranquility, joy and bliss.
How can we do that with all the challenges we are faced with? Many suggest viewing experiences that provoke us, as an observer from our quiet spirit within. Practice with the Small stings, such as someone saying or doing a thing that raises our blood pressure and the hair on our neck. Rather than lower yourself into that energy, mentally step back as an observer, asking do I wish to energize the negativity of the problem or let it move on and keep my peace right Now? Eventually the blood pressure won’t rise.
Like graduating from grade to grade in school, with practice we evolve how we react to sticks and stones and big rocks. We are meant to ultimately see things from a higher understanding so that as educated people we know the answers, by the quizzes and tests we received leading up to now.
