We are under the influence of the April 25 Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio, and will have another Lunar Eclipse on May 24 in Sagittarius. In between them, we receive the effects of a Solar Eclipse on May 9, in Taurus.

Lunar Eclipses will only occur at Full Moons and Solar Eclipses happen only on New Moons.  Full Moons bring things to their fullness, bringing full light and full emotion on the characteristics and subjects of the zodiac sign they occur in. Then as the Moon’s light begins to lessen day after day until it’s out of sight, those traits and situations which had reached their peak begin to lessen with the intent of reduction or falling away.

Usually this occurs over the two weeks from a Full Moon until a New Moon. Obviously, once a Full Moon has faded to be hardly seen, the New Moon starts growing in size beginning from nearly being out of sight. A New Moon is when the qualities of the sign it occurs in, begin to grow for us over two weeks until it becomes Full.

We can use our free will to manipulate these opportunities to our advantage. We just had a Full Moon (Lunar Eclipse) in Scorpio so it is time to lessen things like debts, obsession and control issues. Since Scorpio also rules elimination, transformation and rebirth, plus magnifies everything intensely, for one thing, it’s a good time to look clearly at how we use credit.

We may take a closer look at how we digest information and feelings, noticing issues in the stomach (aches), see more clearly the ‘crap’ that we tolerated, thereby visit the bathroom more often, letting go of stuck emotions that no longer serve us.

Put your attention on these things; talk them out with a wise friend and release old worn out ways. The Lunar Eclipse will lengthen the time of elimination from weeks to about six months, and will strongly eclipse out what you no longer need, but can certainly use the help of your own attention. Here comes our Solar Eclipse on May 9. Prepare now because Solar Eclipses bring in brand spanking new fate and destiny.
