Kalah Kathryn Mullis, 80, of Sedona, died Aug. 9.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Ron Plapp.

She is survived by her husband Ron Mullis; children Jai Mullis of Australia, Jon Mullis of Idaho, Steve Mullis of New Mexico, Roger Mullis of Arkansas, Mary McTeigue of Oregon, Robert Mullis of Georgia, Sean Mullis of Georgia and Martha Robinson of Phoenix; 19 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
