Azalene Curry, 86, of Cornville, died Oct. 18.

A Sedona resident for 25 years, she was a member of the Arizona Flywheelers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Curry.

She is survived by children Cheri, of Spring Lake Heights, N.J., Ramona, of Champaign, Ill., and Scott of Ashland, Ore.; and five grandchildren.   

A memorial service will be held Saturday, Jan. 11 at 2 p.m. at the Church of Christ in Sedona. Donations to the Arthritis Foundation are suggested.

A 2008 graduate of Michigan State University, Andrew Pardiac was a Larson Newspapers' copy editor and reporter from October 2013 to October 2017. After moving to Michigan, then California, Pardiac was managing editor of Sonoma West Publishers' four newspapers in Napa and Sonoma valleys until November 2019.
