Gift wrapping service helps local charities1 min read

Sometimes, wrapping presents can be difficult.

Excessive strips of tape and poorly-folded wrapping paper can make the most neatly-boxed present look like an unrecognizable holiday monstrosity before it’s opened — if it hasn’t already been tossed into the pit of shredded wrap doomed for the garbage can or fireplace.

This year, Holiday Central Sedona aims to end this problem with a free service, Wrap It at the “Y,” currently running from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily until Monday, Dec. 23. Not only do volunteers wrap and decorate gifts neatly and for free, but there is also a long list of other events to enjoy while waiting for the last bow to be put on.

For the full story, see the Wednesday, Dec. 4, edition of the Sedona Red Rock News.
