Shirley Knight has been making movies since 1958, and she has had no trouble keeping the work coming.

Part of that may be because one of her first movies as an adult, “Sweet Bird of Youth,” garnered her a nomination for an Academy Award. Later, she would work with the author, Tennessee Williams, on stage.

Knight will be at the Sedona International Film Festival for her new film “Redwood Highway” and to be honored for her past work with a Lifetime Achievement Award.

For the full story, see the Friday, Feb. 21, edition of the Sedona Red Rock News.
