Big Park Community School social studies teacher Matthew Schumacher was introduced to students and parents as the incoming Sedona Red Rock High School vice principal at SRRHS’ freshmen orientation event on Thursday, May 1.

Schumacher will replace outgoing Jay Litwicki, who will become the new principal at Big Park Community School in the fall. Litwicki will replace current principal Steve Gardner.

A 2008 graduate of Michigan State University, Andrew Pardiac was a Larson Newspapers' copy editor and reporter from October 2013 to October 2017. After moving to Michigan, then California, Pardiac was managing editor of Sonoma West Publishers' four newspapers in Napa and Sonoma valleys until November 2019.
