A couple of secret weapons helped Sedona Red Rock High School sweep a pair of basketball games Thursday, Dec. 18, at U.S. Airways Arena in Phoenix.

For boys head coach C.J. Sells, it was a scrappy backup guard. For girls head coach Joe Donaldson, it was the hot-shooting return from injury of the Scorpions’ offensive focal point last season.

Senior Tucker Davis had nine points and sophomore Sophia Perry scored 10 as the SRRHS boys and girls each got their second Division III, Section III victories of the season with a pair of double-digit wins over the Glendale Cardinals, 67-56 and 45-21.
