Stefan Zielinski made his mark on Sedona Red Rock High School history Friday, March 6.

The senior right-handed pitcher recovered from a first-inning deficit of two unearned runs to shut down American Leadership Academy the rest of the way — he no-hit the Patriots, in fact.

“It was funny, because I didn’t even know it,” Scorpions head coach Craig Eagle said. “The game was moving so quickly, I didn’t know until the end when Russell [Moker], our scorekeeper, announced it in the dugout.”
