Betty Jo Dittmann, 82, formerly of the Village of Oak Creek, died March 19 at MorningStar Senior Living in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

She is survived by daughter Heidi [Charlie] Urbanski and her dog Toby. She is preceded in death by husband Klaus “Ditty” Dittmann; parents James W. and Suerillian Cheshire; two brothers; and two sisters.

A Celebration of life service will be held at Christ Lutheran Church on Wednesday, April 8, at 11 a.m.

Andrew Pardiac

A 2008 graduate of Michigan State University, Andrew Pardiac was a Larson Newspapers' copy editor and reporter from October 2013 to October 2017. After moving to Michigan, then California, Pardiac was managing editor of Sonoma West Publishers' four newspapers in Napa and Sonoma valleys until November 2019.
