Mountain Trails offers up Winter Treasures1 min read

Mountain Trails Gallery in Tlaquepaque’s Arts & Crafts Village in Sedona celebrates the new year with a new exhibition, Winter Treasures: Painting and Sculpture, which opens with a reception during the 1st Friday Gallery Tour on Jan. 6 from 5 to 8 p.m.

The show, which runs through the month of January, features colorful paintings of furry wildlife by Jennifer O’Coulain, Amy Lay and Corrina Johnson; spirited horses by Marcia Molnar, Sarah Phippen, Maria D’Angelo and Vicki Catapano; warm colorful tipis by Mark Gibson and Jim Hagstrom; light-filled winter scenes by Howard Carr, Bill Cramer and Gregory Stocks; detailed backyard bronze birds by Bryce Pettit; and dynamic wildlife sculpture by Mark Edward Adams, Raymond Gibby and Jason Napier.

Mountain Trails represents many of the leading artists in Arizona as well as the American West. Open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., the gallery is located upstairs at Suite A201 in Tlaquepaque, which is located at 336 SR 179. Andrew Pardiac

A 2008 graduate of Michigan State University, Andrew Pardiac was a Larson Newspapers' copy editor and reporter from October 2013 to October 2017.
