The Flagstaff Arts Council will present magician Eric Giliam at the Coconino Center for the Arts on Saturday, April 22. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the all ages show begins at 6 p.m.
The former World Teen Magic Champion has won many awards and prizes since he started performing at age 12, among them, the award for the most original and innovative stage act presented to him by Siegfried and Roy in Las Vegas. Giliam’s sleight of hand, illusions and stage presentation have taken him regularly overseas, performing on prime time television shows in London, Rome and most recently an exclusive show in Spain.
He continues entertaining in the U.S., performing over 100 public and private stage shows every year. The high-energy show of magic, laughter, fascination and crowd participation has entertained and amazed audiences of all ages. He also brings to the stage a new grand illusion he has been working on with his female assistant that will add a new twist to the classic “separating a person in half.”
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the show begins at 6 p.m. at the Coconino Center for the Arts, located at 2300 N. Fort Valley Road. Tickets are $16 in advance and $18 the day of the show.
