Robert Terry Buhrman, 80, a longtime Sedona resident, died Aug. 21.

Born in Kokomo, Ind., he had a varied career in journalism and the arts on both the East and West coasts. He was a world traveler and avid Lakers fan. A great seeker of spiritual truth, he was in the process of compiling his own book of spiritual teachings.

He was loving, loved and will be greatly missed.
