Crisp fall days are in the air, and leaf peepers are in town to see the peak of the season with the towering sycamores along oak creek draped in their finest colors as shorter autumn days arrive. Seems that many of them are more interested in the colors than the market – as we’re finally seeing a bit of a drop in activity levels for the first time in months. 275 total residential units on the market with 76 in escrow – means 199 residential units are currently active (available). The total number of homes in escrow seems to be in line with my past reports, so look for this # to drop the next time I write this. As I sat at an MLS open house for a new listing yesterday, many of the agents were mentioning that it felt a little slower with buyer activity in the past few weeks.
They can be broken down like this:

$500k-$750k = 27 available
$750k-$1M = 23 available
$1M – $2m = 28 available
$2M+ = 10 available
Of the 89 available homes outside the Sedona city limits:
