Yavapai Silent Witness Director Chris Wilson has announced the 2019 Catch 22 campaign which began Monday, July 1.
Every day through Monday, July 22, Yavapai Silent Witness will share information about a wanted fugitive from the program.
A direct tip to Silent Witness resulting in the arrest of the fugitive will result in a $500 cash reward.

â–º Cottonwood police are looking for Traci Ann Koelzer, 50, on fraud charges. In the latter part of April 2018, Cottonwood detectives investigated
an incident involving Old Town Association. During the investigation, detectives learned Koelzer was the Treasurer for OTA and
defrauded the organization of more than $100,000. Koelzer became aware of her charges and is believed to have left the
Cottonwood area. Her birthdate is Aug. 22, 1968 and she is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 130 pounds with blond hair and
blue eyes.
â–º Clarkdale police are asking for help in locating John Gregory Lukasik. His last known address was in Cottonwood on South 18th Street.
In 2010, Lukasik took sexually explicit photographs and video recordings of two separate victims and displayed them on the internet on multiple sites.
Most of the photos and recordings were taken without the victims’ consent and all were posted without the victims’ consent. He
was also found in possession of marijuana, possessed the equipment for propagating marijuana, and possessing a firearm in the
commission of a felony. In addition, Lukasik repeatedly harassed one of the victims. Lukasik was born on Jan. 19,1960 and is 56 years old. He
is a white male, 6 feet 4 inches tall and 210 pounds.
► Yavapai County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Sarah Maria Distefano. On April 12, Distefano was operating a vehicle in the area of State Route 89A and
Zalesky Road in Cottonwood when she was stopped by a YCSO deputy for failing to drive in her lane.
Upon evaluation, the deputy placed her under arrest for aggravated DUI as her license was suspended at the time of
her driving. She subsequently provided two breath samples of 0.285 and 0.288, well over three times the legal limit.
Distefano is described as a white female approximately 40 years of age, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 115 pounds, with blond hair and
green eyes with a tattoo on her ankle. She has a nationwide extraditable warrant with a bond of $50,000.
