Sedona Police officers don pink patches to fight breast cancer1 min read

The Sedona Police Department invites residents and visitors to join officers in supporting women’s health and public safety personnel.
In October, officers will trade their blue shoulder patches for pink to mark national Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The department will sell the patches for $10 with proceeds earmarked for the fight against cancer. This year SPD also has pink patch key chains, which are available for $5. Patches and key chains can be purchased in person at police headquarters in the Sedona City Hall complex at 102 Roadrunner Drive.

They can also be purchased by mail with a minimum donation of $10 per patch and $5 per key chain. Make check payable to Sedona Police Department and mail to: Sedona Police Dept, Attn Sherri O’Connor, 102 Roadrunner Dr., Sedona, AZ 86336.

Pink patch proceeds will be provided to the Sedona Police Department’s Pink Patch project.
The Pink Patch Project is a national law enforcement effort SPD is proud to support.
