Ruby Montoya and Jessica Reznicek confess to vandalizing Dakota Access Pipeline on July 24, 2017, at a press conference at the Iowa Utilities Board. Montoya, a teacher at Running River School in Sedona, was indicted in September and arrested Oct. 3, 2019.
