A woman drives down southbound on State Route 179 near Hillside on Tuesday evening, Jan. 26 with her window nearly completely covered in snow and dragging part of her bumper. Police were called to pull the vehicle over by another driver reporting her as a wrong-way driver at Airport Road and State Route 89A.
