Eleanor Dombrowski Rowe, of Sedona, died May 4.
Born in Poland, she came to New York City in 1947. She earned degrees from Omaha’s Duchesne College, Marquette University and New York University. She taught at Louisiana State University, Hunter College and at George Washington University. She was a published author.
She is survived by her husband, William “Woody” Rowe; brother John Dombrowski; sons, William Rowe Jr. and Thomas Rowe; and grandson, August Rowe.
