Jay A. Epstein, M.D., of Sedona, recently died.
He was an OB/GYN physician in Phoenix for almost 60 years. A part-time Sedona resident, he was a tennis and fantasy baseball player.
He was the husband of Dee and the late Harriet Epstein. He was a father of two, step-father of two, grandfather to six and great-grandfather to one.
Services have been held at Beth El Cemetary in Phoenix. Donations are suggested to the Jewish Community of Sedona and Verde Valley or an organization of choice.
