Georgeann “Georgie” Adams, 84, formerly of Sedona, died Dec. 5, in Newport Beach, Calif.
She held a master’s degree in special education from Arizona State University and taught in the Scottsdale School District for 35 years. She loved golfing, gardening and being with her family.
She is survived by her husband Keith Adams; daughter Victoria Adams-Cuccia; and sisters Dabney Buckley and Susie McGinn.
A celebration of life will be held in Sedona in the spring. Donations in her name are suggested to the American Cancer Society.
