Wilma Jean Wilcoxson, 88, of Sedona, died Feb. 3.

She was born on Dec. 14, 1935, in Hatton, Ky., and moved to Arizona as a child.

Wilma married Joe Wilcoxson and they founded the Joe Wilcox family stores. She was actively involved in the Rotary Club and Sedona Chamber of Commerce.

She was predeceased by her husband, Joe, who died in 1990. She is survived by son Don; daughters Shirley Denise and Pam; eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held on April 7, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m.
