Sheila Rae Howe-McCully, 80, of Cottonwood, died Feb. 28.

Born in Winslow, she graduated from Utah State University and worked in banking and accounting. She and her husband later operated Buffalo Bill’s Royal Gorge Campground in Colorado.

She is survived by her husband, Bill; daughters, Hollee’ and Shelley; stepchildren, Rebecca, Jerrilyn and William Earnest; 16 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life will be held at River Bible Church on Saturday, March 23, at 1 p.m.
