Lee Philips, 89, of Sedona, died Feb. 9.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Olin H. Philips; daughter Linda Geiger; son David Philips and sister Dorothy Sturgeon.

She is survived by her sons, George H. Kitchie and John [Darlene] Philips; son-in-law Len Geiger; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews; and long-time companion Ed Van Hooser.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Sedona Public Library.

Andrew Pardiac

A 2008 graduate of Michigan State University, Andrew Pardiac was a Larson Newspapers' copy editor and reporter from October 2013 to October 2017. After moving to Michigan, then California, Pardiac was managing editor of Sonoma West Publishers' four newspapers in Napa and Sonoma valleys until November 2019.
