Eugene Louis Gottlieb, 99, of Sedona, died Oct. 11.
He was the founding editor of the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics.
A World War II veteran, he had private practices in New York and Colorado. After moving to Sedona, he helped launch the Sedona Arts Festival and Sedona Cultural Park, serving as the organizations’ treasurer.
He is survived by his wife, Jackie; son, John; daughter, Cindy [David] Vogels; grandson, Philip [Megan] Vogels; and great-granddaughter Isabelle Vogels. No services are planned.
