Striping of streets throughout the city will occur this week. Most work will be performed between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., weather and temperature permitting.

Striping work will occur on all public city streets. It will not include state routes 89A or 179.

The work will consist of restriping center lines, edge lines, crosswalks, stop bars, pavement arrows, “only” symbols and bike lanes.

For the safety of road maintenance personnel, please reduce your speed through the work areas and maintain a safe distance from work vehicles. Be cautious of wet paint.
