Donna J. Smith, of Sedona, died Dec. 14.

She was born Oct. 22, 1958 to Lo la and Wehlan Dubose in Eden Hospital in Castro Valley, Calif. The middle of three daughters growing up in Fremont, Calif., she graduated from American High School in 1976.

She is survived by her sister Linda; sister-in-law Jacquie; best friends Susie Penner and Cynthia Wynn; the Sutter Roseville Medical Center and Verde Valley Hospital families; and her Party On Yahtzee family.

Jo Page has worked at Larson newspapers as typesetter since 2010. She holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and worked in corporate communications in insurance and health care for several years, handling marketing and public relations duties. Fur-mom to two cats and three dogs, she is semi-retired.
