The National Association of Women Business Owners Sedona-Verde Valley Chapter recognized nine area women business owners for their contributions at its ninth annual Entrepreneurial Excellence Awards luncheon Friday, May 11.

“Our honorees truly exemplify all of our ideals,” said chapter president Mary Cravets.

NAWBO represents the interests of all women entrepreneurs in all types of businesses.

Along with the businesswomen, NAWBO gave two $1,000 scholarships to high school seniors who embodied the goals of entrepreneurship.
