Sedona boys tennis wins, girls lose to Sand Devils1 min read

The Scorpions showcased their tennis skills in their second match of the 2013 season, but according to the coaches, there are still a lot of things the team needs to work on to be more competitive.

The boys and girls tennis teams at Sedona Red Rock High School hosted the Page Sand Devils on the warmest day of the new season Saturday, March 2. While the girls team was beat in the end, the boys team marked its second win of the season.

The boys team won 5-4. Seniors Cody Chartier and Steven Sundberg, and sophomore Max Hauserman won their singles matches. Chartier and Sundberg, and Hauserman and Wade Adams teamed up for wins in their doubles matches.
