>online casino nete are 6 new sales in the local MLS within the last 24 hours – so things definitely seem to be picking up on schedule.  Our busy real estate buying season  typically starts mid/end of February and goes through the end of May / start of June.  We’re right where we should be… the weather is fantastic – 75 and clear blue skies – and there are lots of lookers and offers being written.  The deals they’re all getting are fantastic because pricing is catching up (or should I say down) with the demand.   Average sale prices on Sedona real estate are down due to the high activity in the lower price ranges and short sales/foreclosures.  If you’ve been thinking of purchasing real estate in Sedona, now’s the time… 1) Inventory is high – so there are many homes to choose from 2) Prices are low 3) Interest Rates are ridiculously low – hovering around 5%
