Homer K. [Ken] Marcy, 77, of Rimrock, died Dec. 9.

Born in Julian, Calif., Marcy moved to Arizona in 1989. He lived and practiced chiropractic in the Verde Valley area for many years.

He is survived by his sons Jason, Homer and Herve’ Marcy; his daughters Sara, Tanya, Nancie Marcy and Ariane [Marcy] Jones; 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

A 2008 graduate of Michigan State University, Andrew Pardiac was a Larson Newspapers' copy editor and reporter from October 2013 to October 2017. After moving to Michigan, then California, Pardiac was managing editor of Sonoma West Publishers' four newspapers in Napa and Sonoma valleys until November 2019.
