Is love in the womb? Depends on the mother, but usually, right? Is love in the family? Depends on each of the players in the house. Love is built in to each human being because we are all made of the one source; divine God energy, and God is love.
So we’re born with it. Question is, what do we do with it. Where does it go?
What brings love out of us? As babies we are just love, though we cry for our bodily needs to be met. Babies touch our faces, children brush our hair, kiss us, hug us and lean on us.
The young raise their arms to be picked up and held. We feel inexplicable love from the innocent youth, and radiate when giving out loving feelings.
Maybe, when young, we were spanked or hit on the fanny with a belt. Did that feeling translate that you were being loved to make you a better person? Probably not.
Some younglings were handled in other ways, which were abusive, and that may be where the feelings of being unloved started. Is a sibling still holding a grudge from youngsterville, when we were ‘incoherent,’ I’ll call it.
Some people that do not walk the earth as beautiful, were raised lovingly and told they are beautiful. That love makes one feel beautiful inside and out. Love is beautiful. How healthy and balanced their lives might be.
While others, whom may or may not have been told, cannot see their own beauty and hold fast the belief it is what defines their value, so are tormented. Where did that come from?
Did someone or some ones emotionally abuse that one? Tease, negate, bully over and over? The opposite of love? Probably because they were not sufficiently confident that they were enough and didn’t want others to feel enough, let alone alot more than enough, if they couldn’t.
As kids we just play together. As school years see us age, we become more looks-oriented and the competition begins.
All can be dealt with by shining the light where love is. Even those who hurt others are simply doing so because of hurt that can be healed with unconditional, nonjudgmental, forgiving, deeper understanding through love.
I love myself. That is the greatest feat of my life. A narcissist may be in love with ONLY their self, and their looks, not caring about anyone else, and that is not what I mean. I love myself no matter what, and I love others throughout my life passionately.
It can be your greatest feat as well. If you have been challenged by not being cared for and respected, appropriately, get on board with forgiving those and take back your power and glory.
Gossip may tell lies about us; others may believe it if they don’t know us. I may have made mistakes throughout time, but they were valuable teaching times to make me a more understanding and loving person.
That goes for others’ potential to grow through their errors, as well. We may not be the most beautiful people in the world, the most brilliant, biggest volunteer or philanthropist, but I, as you, and every one of us, are worthy of 24-7 self love. And it couldn’t hurt to acknowledge others of their inner and outer beauty.
I love myself just the way I am. I look for the good and the light of God in all. I come from an understanding heart when observing others being hateful. It may take me a ‘minute,’ sometimes, to remember to come from only love and understanding, so I remind myself of the spiritual truths that are the netting web fabric from which we all live, and breathe.
God is all there is. I am made of God and so are you. God is only love.
