WOW pricing on Sedona homes1 min read

I know that everyone reads the papers, reads news online and expects to find incredible deals on Sedona real estate – and they’re happy with what they find.  Prices here are very low – approximately 20% down from our highs at the end of 2005/ start of 2006.  That’s good enough to bring buyers back… and plenty of them are in town now looking.  However, every few weeks, there’s a deal that looks like the best deal of the year…. like today – a house in a great West Sedona neighborhood went on the market for 289k- less than what lots are selling for in the same neighborhood.  This one will go quickly – so make sure you let your agent know what you’re after and you’ll score a fantastic deal when buying in Sedona!!! Agents and sellers tend to price homes in line with past sales… but in a slippery market like this- the homes that are underpricing the competition to get it SOLD quickly.  With so many homes on the market in every price range – it’s important to do this to STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD!
